Pubbelly Steaks in South Beach

Two times in one week.

Pubbelly, you animal, you.

Prepare to meet PB Steak, South Beach’s newest primehouse and the second offering from the Pubbelly crew since the start of 2013, opening Thursday.

First, it was the sexy little Spanish tapas spot in SoMi. And now, well, it’s the total opposite—a humongous concrete-and-wood-beam steakhouse with Edison bulbs dangling from the ceiling and Black Angus beef dry-aging in the back.

So in a few days’ time (after you’ve decided that giving up roasted bone marrow for 2013 was a bad idea), drop by for dinner. Slide into one of the black leather banquettes. Get yourself a Murdered Out Manhattan (whiskey, vermouth, walnut liqueur). Sip and acknowledge how good life is right now.

Then, segue into a 26-ounce porterhouse with a side of sweetbreads marsala. And when you’re good and ready, a dessert of french toast sticks with bacon maple syrup.

Thankfully, you were born good and ready.
