A Raucous Asian Night Market on the Strip

None
Indoor vs. outdoor.

Beer vs. sake.

The “Fukuburger” vs. everything else.

When it comes to matters of the night, decision making can be hard.

So maybe don’t make any decisions and just walk around saying “yes” instead...

At F.A.M.E., a sprawling indoor/outdoor bazaar where you can feast upon all of Asia’s most glorious street foods and quaff upon all of Asia’s... well, booze. It’s open now at the Linq.

In short, this feels like a proper Asian night market. Countless food stands, nimble-fingered noodle chefs, strings of lights dangling overhead, distressed wood tables, sleek metal stools and a fully stocked bar. In shorter, this feels... better than a proper Asian night market.

Show up with some friends for dinner. Or several hours after dinner. Basically, whenever you could use piping hot bowls of udon or a round of cold Japanese microbrews. Or hey, here’s an idea: there’s always that immobile Fukuburger truck in the corner serving their famous wasabi-mayo-and-fried-egg-topped burgers. They’re open until 2am.

And soon, the upstairs will open up with a lounge, two patios and a DJ. Until then, feel free to amuse yourself with the likes of Chinese lion dancers, street performers and lady taiko drummers.

You should hear their cover of “In the Air Tonight.”
