You knew you shouldn't have had that final bourbon at the bar last night. Nor the two after that. Now you know the only way to embrace life again is a big, hearty and extremely creative take on the most important meal of the day at this eclectic, second floor spread of late 60's, Miami-esque Art Deco-ness. 

First order of business: the Mexican egg, a chorizo-wrapped riff on its Scotch forefather placed on a bed of spuds. Next: the PB&J Egg Biscuit, where the "PB" stands for peanut butter mousse, the “J” stands for bacon jam and the “egg” stands for, get this, egg.

Sausage corndogs with pancake batter, short rib empanadas and birthday pancakes will follow. Jokes about Oompa Loompas making a surprise appearance will make someone at the table a little uneasy. They've just never felt comfortable with Oompa Loompas. 

As for those tea parties we mentioned, there is a separate room dedicated to the ceremonies featuring kicked up loose-leaf cocktails and a deer head with iced-out antlers mounted on the wall.

We suspect Elton John is getting into taxidermy between residencies.
