We know. You won’t just chase any lunch down the street. You’ve got standards. So you’ll be glad that these guys come with a pedigree (the Butcher’s Son, Gandolfo’s Deli). Also, and more importantly, these guys come with a lot of tacos and burritos.

If this intrigues you, try checking Facebook and Twitter to see where they’ll pull up next. Could be outside a bar or parked in front of a brewery. Either would be an appropriate spot for a Lone Star burrito with chili roasted beef, poblanos and monterey jack. Or the Maverick tacos with green-chili chicken and pineapple-habanero salsa. Apparently these things go well with beer.

Oh, and if there’s a special occasion coming up, rejoice: these guys will cater. So book their services for a day that might benefit from burritos in bulk.
