Four-Course Whiskey Dinner at Lafitte
In true pirate fashion, Luce chef Dominique Crenn is invading Lafitte to cook up four courses—one with
foie gras, popcorn, corn sorbet and truffle snow—and is bringing lots of whiskey to pair. The theme is
“Une Danse Alchemique,” so expect dancing and science. But maybe our French isn’t that great.

Sure, you might be wearing wool today (and we won’t talk about having to break out the parka), but that
