Very Nice Watches. All Rentable.

None People: “Variety is the spice of life.”

Your wrist: “Can I get in on that?”

Yes, you can, wrist... yes, you can.

With Marc + Spring, a new service that’s now ready to rent you a rotating inventory of Rolexes, Cartiers and other not un-great timepieces.

Rent. As in... rent.

As in, after you sign up for the service, you’ll be scrolling through a carefully curated selection of watches. Around five per week will be added, and they’ll become available only after 183 days have been “bought” by you and other members. So it’s pretty time-share-y in that regard.

But once that happens, your experience might go like this:

You receive an invitation for an event to which you’d fancy wearing a white-gold Rolex.

You peruse the watches.

You go eat a Pillsbury Toaster Strudel to clear your head. Wildberry.

You resume perusing.

You opt for a rather striking Patek Philippe instead. Looks like the kind of thing you could live with for a week or two. And just in time, it arrives at your doorstep.

The skin between your forearm and your hand rejoices. All becomes right with the world.

And then you just sort of move on with your life.
