Rag & Bone Arrives on Melrose

None 5 Photos Rag & Bone
A shirt that’ll work for a Los Feliz bistro date. Some jeans for a Hollywood night. A sharp suit for a Downtown meeting.

You... don’t want to drive around to all those places to get all those things.

A massive two-story Rag & Bone emporium sure wouldn’t hurt—and there’s now one open on Melrose. Boom.

You’re probably familiar with the clothes—the kind of nice-but-casual-but-nice stuff movie actors can wear to a club, and club owners can wear to the movies. Streamlined jeans made from Japanese denim, a backyard-friendly button-down that makes you look like you’re a Beverly Hills mechanic, dapper slim-cut suits and the occasional porkpie. (Finally, someone addressed the porkpie shortage.)

You’re probably also familiar with the fact that there’s no Rag & Bone store anywhere on the West Coast. Or that there wasn’t. They’ve made it up to you by dropping what is now the brand’s biggest shop right onto Melrose—two stories and 9,000 square feet of brick, raw concrete, industrial pipes, lots of sunlight and the occasional pair of pants on a brass rack.

Which prepares the pants for the majesty of your thighs.
