Eventually Los Cabos may run out of real estate to house gorgeous hotels.

But that day is not today.

Because today we bring word of Grand Velas Boutique Hotel Los Cabos, the newest entrant to the area, and one that's providing you with an adults-only, all-inclusive beachfront experience where you can eat, drink, bask in the sun and otherwise relax while someone else takes care of all the important details. Like massages and refills.

The new boutique is a smaller, more intimate sister property to the family-friendly Grand Velas Los Cabos, located just down the beach. It has 79 luxe suites, each measuring more than 900 square feet, complete with living areas and spacious bathrooms with walk-in showers. Private terraces have outdoor seating accompanied by a Jacuzzi or plunge pool and a firepit.

Outside your room, common spaces mix natural materials with a desert color palette, art is everywhere you look, and Mexican touches are found throughout the property, like a lush garden with local cacti. The infinity pool is a fine perch to post up for awhile, offering unobstructed views of the Sea of Cortez.

When it's time to eat, two-Michelin-star chef Sidney Schutte has set you up to succeed. Loto is a Japanese restaurant featuring open-fire robata cooking of meat, fish and vegetables. Del Mar is an airy fusion spot that serves three meals per day, ranging from a loaded breakfast buffet to a la carte lunches and themed dinners that take guests to different parts of the globe. Roca Bar slings beer, wine and cocktails alongside a picturesque backdrop, and Agave Tasting Room is a tribute to Mexican spirits, featuring a bar stocked with tequilas and mezcals.

Grand Velas is famous for its spas, and that tradition carries over to this new property. The SE Spa, set to open in February, will feature ocean-view treatment rooms and a menu of massages, fire and ice treatments, sound therapies and even sleep therapy. Guests can also take part in an orchestrated wellness ceremony, in which you're led through a series of restorative rituals, including a sauna, steam room, ice room, jacuzzi and a magnesium pool.

Velas Resorts has additional properties in Riviera Maya, Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit. Each is all-inclusive and offers luxe accommodations with better, more thoughtful dining than most. Throughout the year, Velas brands also host events, like wellness getaways or the recently launched Mexology Fest, which kicked off last November at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit and will be coming back for another round later this year. It brought some of the world's best bartenders (including barkeeps from top-ranked bars like Mexico City's Limantour and Rayo) to the property for two days of seminars, tastings, dinners and parties.

So, there's always something to look forward to. And a good drink is never hard to find.
