Let's Eat Pizza and Make Cider Cocktails

If you've yet to check out Soho's Liquor Lab, now's your chance. This Friday night, cider-lovers far and wide will gather to learn how to make four cider cocktails using small-batch offerings from indie cideries like Redbyrd, Orchard Hill, Slyboro and South Hill. Yes, we just said indie cideries.

The class will be taught by expert-level bartenders, who will offer up some knowledge on how to mix and muddle ciders, house-made syrups and spirits. Oh, and there will be pizza.

Aug 17, 6:30pm—8:30pm, $60, Liquor Lab, 138 Wooster St, 2nd Fl, tickets here
