We’re going to be talking about fishing chaps here in a moment.

...

Just a heads-up on that.

Because, hey, we’ve got our very own Filson now. Yes, that Seattle-based bastion of outdoorsy everything has decided to set up shop in Jackson Square, and it’s open as of today. Here, see for yourself.

Field shirts. Rain shells. Weatherproof jackets. Watches that can stand up to whatever Mother Nature throws at them. You’ll find those things in ample supply here.

So there you are, thinking a thought like, “I should hike something. Then I should fly-fish because I feel like I look cool and interesting when I fly-fish.” And then you’ll step inside this place and take in the dark woods, the leather chairs, the Native American photo collection and the big canoe hanging from the ceiling.

Seems like you’re in the right place. Seems like those Buckhorn boots and that plaid Alaskan guide shirt would be nice fits for your little road trip. Oh, and since they’re pretty excited to be here, they’re going to have a whiskey bar set up for you today and tomorrow.

Right. They also have fishing chaps.
