Not sure if you know this, but it’s March now. And with March comes March Madness. And with March Madness comes Caesars Palace’s first-ever large-scale March Madness party in their 51,000-square-foot ballroom featuring a buffet, an open beer bar and live betting. And with... actually, we’re done.
Las Vegas wanted the claim to the largest permanent ice bar in the world. So Minus5 went ahead and revamped itself with 120 tons of ice, double the space, museum-quality ice carvings and an adjacent lounge in which to enjoy shareable dry-ice cocktails. And Las Vegas relented. For now, anyway.
What you’ll think this is: A tiny little kiosk on Las Vegas Boulevard.
What this really is: The Goodwich TBD, a restaurant incubator whose first tenant is SLO-Boy
Food. They make things like grass-fed tri-tip beef, porchetta with carrot top pesto and griddle bread
pudding.

—Hit the Grand Tasting featuring dishes from over 50 chefs.
