If a weekend of dancing, rosemary french fries and whiskey cold brew sounds laborious, feel free to read this on Tuesday.

...

But just in case your interest is piqued, we’ll press on.

With Multiply, a vast new haunt for top-tier DJs and bands, drinks in multiple hues and things you enjoy eating, now soft-open in Downtown.

It’s a large corner with an industrial ceiling, a dance floor and two bars from some principals at the Well and an owner of Birdie’s. Looks a hell of a lot like this. In the coming weeks, they’ll bring coffee and donuts here for your mornings, and serve lunch to complement your grapefruit IPAs.

But for now, and maybe forever, you’ll come in the evenings to hear DJs and bands. Maybe it’ll be Thursday with friends for international funk. Or Monday, when you and a date require a live band and a cold beer.

When you need to eat, you’ll have fried-chicken sandwiches and carnitas sliders. When pondering drinks, you’ll find cocktails named for colors. For example, Brown features cold brew with stout-cask-aged whiskey. And Pink has cinnamon-infused peach liqueur with gin.

There is no Burnt Sienna.
