MARKET LIKE IT’S HOT

These Bands. They Play for You at PCM.

A Brooklyn-based record company is launching a concert series at PCM. Every other Thursday, you’ll go to the courtyard and listen to a couple live bands. And as the market continues to grow, you’ll listen while enjoying various foodstuffs and drinkstuffs. That’s just simply what you’ll do.

Friday
Music. Beer. College Football. Fall.
FALL MONITOR

Music. Beer. College Football. Fall.

The Old Fourth Ward Fall Fest. It’s never happened before, but it’s happening this weekend. On Friday, it involves a food truck rally, live music and a full bar. On Saturday, it involves a pop-up sports bar and all-day college football. This fall thing just might work.

Oh, the Fried Chicken You’ll Eat
CHICK HOUSE

Oh, the Fried Chicken You’ll Eat

Let it be known that Parish is launching a first-come, first-served fried-chicken night every Friday. Put it on your calendar, mark it “repeating,” then never worry about missing out on buttermilk-and-lemon-brined fried chicken again. Such a worrier.

Saturday
A Delicious, Police-Escorted Bike Ride
BUFORD TOUGH

A Delicious, Police-Escorted Bike Ride

Ah, Buford Highway and its endless stretch of international culinary delights. Hey, you and a bunch of friends should go on a police-escorted bike ride down it, stopping only to eat at a few key places along the way. Found you one of those.

Damn, Billy Reid. Take It Easy.
REID IS GOOD

Damn, Billy Reid. Take It Easy.

Billy Reid can’t stand that you don’t wear more of his stuff. And for that reason, he’s hit the gigantic red “Final Sale” button and made a bunch of shirts, shoes and suits up to 70% off. There’s probably not a button.
