So, seasonal beer garden-slash-music venue Nowadays is back for the season, and odds are you'll find something in the programming worth the trek to Ridgewood-Bushwick. While the adjacent Indoors at Nowadays has been open through the colder months, just as of last week have they opened the doors to the sprawling back garden.

A couple times you might find yourself there this summer...

—Eating jerk chicken and chickpea-potato curry (courtesy of the Metta and Rucola owner) over some local brews.
—Watching Purple Rain on a Wednesday date night.
—Catching a World Cup match.
—Learning how to actively listen to music with composer-professor Whitney George.
—Dominating a ping pong tournament on a Saturday afternoon.
—Dancing your face off at the al fresco daytime dance party, Mister Sunday.

Those options, and other options too, right this way.

Now open, Nowadays, 56-06 Cooper Ave (near Wyckoff), 347-523-8535
