Hint: it’s dumplings.
It’s open now, and this slideshow errs on the delicious side.
Upon walking in with a few work people one fine afternoon in the very near future, you’ll notice the glass encased Dumpling Room, where you can look in on the action from the comfort of the small bar which faces it. You could also grab seats at one of the communal tables beneath a hand-drawn mural and neon signs, but come on.
Alright, down to business. The business of dumplings. You’ll have 5 different types to choose from, with different filling options for each. Try the crispy gyoza with pork, green onion, ginger and cilantro. Or perhaps the Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) that come in regular or king size. And before you ask, yes, they come with a straw.
What don’t come with straws: the five local beers on tap like Holy Craft’s Harajuku Girl.
Mostly because that would be stupid.
