BRU/SFO Belgian Beer Project
Magnolia and 21st Amendment refuse to let you mourn the end of Oktoberfest. Instead, they joined forces to
brew 12 Belgium-style beers and will slowly unveil them over the next four Mondays for a beautiful new thing
we'll call Novemberfest. The first set debut Monday—but don't feel like you have to drink them all in
one day.

Watch a chef team butcher a lamb and a goat while a whole hog roasts on a spit over an open fire (you grew

experience.
