DOUBLE TROUBLE Lamb Two Ways at Prospect Rule of dining out #337: lamb two ways is always better than one. Especially when it’s a long-braised boneless loin on top of harissa-honey-glazed grilled ribs—all garnished with Padrón peppers, olives and feta from the South of France. Which reminds us of rule #712: nothing cuts the richness of all that lamb like bourbon. In this case, we think it’s okay to go ahead and follow the rules. |
