The Hotness: You’re as far as possible from the door, with a table covered in rye Parker
House rolls and beer. The sun’s strong enough that the Causwells people are currently investigating
umbrellas. So hurry.

The Hot Seat: Table 500.
The Hotness: The view of Washington Square Park: striking. That crispy polenta cake:
delicious. That dog under the table: happy.
The Hot Minute: 5:37pm.
The Hot Seat: Table 405.
The Hotness: Another round of añejo sours and an imminent Mission sunset. You’re on a
23rd Street sidewalk running east to west, so the sun’s good here all day. But, you know, imminent sunsets
and añejo sours. The end.
