This underground Nolita diner has been tantalizing us with private parties since February, but as of this
Monday it's making the transition from an urban legend into a genuine food-serving, reservation-taking
restaurant. Throughout the evening, expect both food and stilettos to grace your table.

Mari Vanna's Blini Buffet
The Flatiron's Eastern Bloc vodka room is turning its attention to the spirit's natural companion: the
blini. Every Tuesday night, a pastry chef they've recruited will cook up note-perfect pan-crepes all night,
and pile them with Russian caviar, crème fraîche and whatever else your belly desires—including exotic
options like lobster, chicken salad and Nutella. They'll even throw in a show of house-infused vodka on the
side... just so you don't forget the essentials.

Lady Starlight at the Royalton Lounge
Normally we wouldn't be endorsing a Midtown hotel soiree, but this one's been drawing an unusually large
throng of pretty young things, thanks to the DJ: a Lady Gaga minion dubbed "Lady Starlight" with a marked
fondness for '80s rock. The only house rule: under no circumstances should you Stop Believing.
