Momofuku Launches Red Velvet Soft-Serve
The cake-to-ice-cream transition brings its share of perils. So, after much deliberation, Momofuku Milk Bar
unveils Red Velvet in soft-serve ice cream form, along with Carrot Cake and Cream
Cheese Frosting flavors. Only time will tell if this is a good idea or a really, really fantastic idea.

Bobo Begins Sunday Sessions
The candlelit townhouse restaurant is dedicating its exposed-brick, fireplaced den to live music on the last
Sunday of every month. You'll signal for some Wagyu Brisket and a Maker's sour and settle in for
laid-back sounds from local emerging troubadours. You'd do the same if you had a candlelit townhouse
restaurant (all in good time).
