Well, the best party in town has just arrived—TenJune, the long-awaited nightclub from nightlife mavens Mark Birnbaum and Eugene Remm. Following the crazy subterranean scene of Remm's old digs Level V, TenJune is a sweet spot tucked away below the soon-to-come modern steakhouse STK.

Begin your descent down the long flight of stairs to a hall of mirrors, and turn left to enter an intimate, eclectic den rippling with energy. Three areas offer a little something for every mood: get things started with a few hard drinks at a sexy marble-backed bar, head to the horseshoe-shaped dance area with wraparound banquettes smack in prime hip-shaking territory, and finally, wind things down in the opulent Purple Lounge—tufted walls, a leather-topped bar and a separate entrance make it ripe for private parties of all kinds.

With a pre-opening VMA party lineup (with P. Diddy, Beyoncé and the like) and party buds like LiLo, let's just say the scene won't be hurting. As for über-hosts Remm and Birnbaum, they're all about a good time, and "keeping you happy...night after night."
