There are a lot of travel websites out there, but we like this one because of its knack for bringing you everything you need to know about Icelandic museums full of the aforementioned animal penises (Húsavík's Phallological Museum, if you're going to be formal about it), a crater in Turkmenistan that's been on fire for the past 38 years and an island in the Canaries where all the locals communicate in whistles (not just the construction workers). You can even find out where to buy a giant sloth skeleton downtown (Evolution Nature Store, 120 Spring St), in case you're in the midst of redecorating.
