Suave as you are, you're not too sophisticated to admit that few things trump a good
BLT.
Still, you don't think it would hurt anything if the titan of all American
sandwiches—the bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich—received a little first-class reimagining once
and again. Fortunately (or unfortunately), Scottish hothead Gordon Ramsay doesn't think so either. At
Ramsay's The London Bar inside The London NYC, the BLT is reborn as...B.L.T., a
fancy-tasting dish served in a martini glass.
Gone are the pieces of slightly burnt toast, replaced by a petite silver spoon and three
layers of madman-conceived delicacy:
