Well, a Mexican place with a beer-glazed short rib burger on a black brioche bun exists now. So we’ve achieved that.

It’s called Temerario, and it’s home to said burger, a luchador and a motley assortment of Mexican street food and cocktails. It’s also open now in Chelsea from the Black Ant and Ofrenda guys.
