Sprinkles Cupcake ATM

Take the Cake

An ATM for Cupcakes. Yep.

None Oh, hey there.

Nothing much today.

Just thought you should know you now live in a city with a cupcake ATM.

Specifically, the Sprinkles Cupcake ATM. It’s... yep, you know what it is. It’s operational now on the UES, so know this:

It’s flavor-filled.
Cinnamon sugar. Red velvet. All just as moist as they would be from the Sprinkles store itself. We assume freshness is backed by the FDIC.

It may become a pickup spot.
Out of 15 people in line at 1pm yesterday, the only gentleman was one who’d been brought by his better half. So... just saying.

It works like an ATM. But with tiny cranes.
Step up to the touchscreen. Choose a flavor. Swipe your card. The screen will cut to a live video feed of a mechanical arm retrieving your cupcake. Then it comes out, all boxed and ready to present/eat. They’ve had a few technical difficulties thus far—but hey, Sprinkles is right next door.

It’s open 24 hours.
Say it’s 2am, and one of two things is true: you just spontaneously and ferociously started craving a cupcake. (It happens.) Or you’re paying a late-night visit to someone who’d really appreciate a surprise cupcake.

See, you needed this.
