First, just strap it to your arm before going for a jog. (You could, of course, use it while taking it easy—but expect to hear a lot of Radiohead.) As you get going, the device starts taking your heart rate and shuffling songs accordingly. So as you warm up, it'll play some quiet jams—and when you hit your stride, expect an all-out cacophonic orgy of beats, perfect for egging you on to ever-higher levels of athletic prowess.
