Radio Bar Has Some Crazy New Drinks

Apparently, Chicago bartenders aren’t immune to the snowbird phenomenon. Case in point: Drumbar’s lead cocktail slinger has taken up a post at Radio. And he’s got some new cocktails for you. Think: tiki drinks using whiskey and a mezcal number doused with sriracha. Maybe reconsider this “work” thing tomorrow morning.

Available now at Radio Bar, 814 1st St, Miami Beach, 305-397-8382

An Airport Hangar with Violins

You know what they say about parties in airport hangars... yeah, we don’t know either. But the one going down on Friday comes stocked with a bubbly-and-rum open bar, live art, a hip-hop violin duo and “great” food. Which definitely has the edge on just “food.”

Another Weekend, Another Brunch

Prime Italian. You know what they’re all about—Chinese takeout. Kidding, it’s Italian food. Anyway, seems they’re also all about brunch. Specifically, Bloody Marys served with a giant cocktail shrimp, pumpkin malted waffles and a lobster omelet topped with caviar. Just a little something to tide you over until lunch.

Sat-Sun, 11:30am-3:30pm, Prime Italian, 101 Ocean Dr, Miami Beach, 305-695-8484

NO SPAIN NO GAIN

Spanish Tapas, Now Considered Art

There’s a new show at the Moore Building elevating Spanish tapas to an art form. Which... finally. You’ll find 200 exhibits featuring contributions from restaurants and designers like El Bulli, Mugaritz and Gehry. Yes, it’s still bad form to eat the installations.
