What’s going on here: one last epic Japanese feast before the year draws to a close. You’ll walk into Zuma’s Japanese garden with bonsai trees and a thousand origami cranes swirling overhead before delving into o-toro and Wagyu paired with sake and champagne. And maybe “borrowing” an origami crane or two.
Ball & Chain. Plays host to those raucous “pachanga” parties in Little Havana. And now it’s taking on New Year’s with a performance by After School Special and a DJ set by the Foo Fighters’ keyboardist.
The Roaring ’20s is the inspiration behind this Fort Lauderdale fete. It starts with an open bar and appetizers, ends with champagne, and in the middle somewhere, you’ll be treated to a live band, DJs and a few burlesque performances. It’s not a party until the tassels come out.
