A Gables Dinner Spot with Open Mic

Your shower.

It’s seen some pretty... impressive performances.

Like that one time with Journey as your backup.

Yeah, good stuff.

Well, time to take the show on the road. And in front of a larger audience.

Grab a mic at the Open Stage Club, a new hall for plates of lamb chops and whiskey-fueled live acts... starring you, now open in Coral Gables.

This is where you’ll go when you want to belt out some tunes, tell jokes or... watch someone else do those things while you enjoy some ribeye with a side of risotto.

Because aside from the whole performing thing, they do dinner here, too. So you’ll want to claim the massive red leather banquette near the stage and order some lamb chops along with a couple of Rusty Stage Nails (Dewar’s 12 and Drambuie). You know, to get the ol’ vocal cords greased up.

But first things first: before you go, register your act here. And when the time comes, take the stage. You can bring your own backup band and instruments or use theirs. Then, it’s showtime. You’ll sing. Pull a rabbit out of your flask. Twerk like... okay, no. Don’t do that.

Oh, and if you ask, they’ll video-record your entire performance. For posterity.

And Instagram.
