Hungry Like the Wolfe
A Sultry Late-Night Lounge in South Beach

Hey, before we forget...

Happy Fourth of July Eve.

Hope you don’t mind, but we got you a little something.

It’s a new lounge. In South Beach. That serves mini burgers.

Try not to get too emotional...

Shake hands with Mister Wolfe, a sultry hideout for leisurely endeavors like drinking rum cocktails until the wee hours of the morning, opening tonight at the Townhouse.

Bondst. You remember it. Just closed up shop like five minutes ago. Anyway, this is its successor. And it’s pretty hard to miss with that glowing red sign on the wall. But past that, it’s all subtle sexiness. Wood-paneled columns. Supple tan banquettes. Hundreds of candles casting a soft glow.

So, tonight. Good time to head here and unwind with a small group of compadres. You know, tomorrow being the Fourth and all (thanks, America). Pull up to the long stretch of wooden bar and ask the bartender for a Wolfe Bite. It’s got aged rum, mango, passion fruit and jalapeño.

Then, with cocktail firmly in hand, head to the upper level. There’ll be a DJ spinning something lounge-y. Red leather banquettes for commandeering. Also: a kitchen rolling out small plates. Stuff like spicy yellowfin tuna tartare and mini shiitake burgers with fontina.

Never lounge on an empty stomach.
