Before long you’ll be dancing with a real estate heiress and crashing bachelorette parties—all with the aid of a few drinks that blur the line between liquid and solid (margarita pops for you; Sex on the Beach shots that look like Fruit Gushers for the ladies).

When you need to refuel, guide your dance floor companion to one of the cabana daybeds outside, where you’ll retreat for upscale club grub from a former Barton G. chef. Things like mini Kobe beef corn dogs and those tater tots with bacon and jalapeño sour cream.

So you can leave the ketchup at home.
