Especially when it comes to food. And celebrities.

Prepare for a crash course in both with the debut of Apple Restaurant & Lounge, opening Friday in the old Snatch space in South Beach.

The sister restaurant to the LA celeb hangout of the same name, this Miami outpost is your new polished supper club, the type of casually elegant setup that's perfect for a first date or dinner and drinks with the gang before hitting the clubs a few doors down.

You'll settle in at a table beneath the boxwood hedge canopy, suspended in midair by nine birch trees (trust us, it somehow works), before working your way through a feast of seasonal/locally-sourced ingredients from exec chef Bryan Ogden (he helped his dad earn a Michelin star at Vegas resto Bradley Ogden).

Start with the Short Rib-Stuffed Crepes with Sweet Onions and Chive Flowers, followed by Grilled Line-Caught Swordfish with Preserved Lemon Orzo and Black Olive Oil.
