Raise a flute to Caviar Russe, a glitzy den of champagne, seafood towers and those namesake briny jewels of the sea, now open in Brickell. Here’s the slideshow part and here’s the menu part.

No need to complicate things here—this is about caviar. And all of the incredibly drinkable things that go with it. Things with names like “Champagne” and “Vodka.”

The original location is a Michelin-starred restaurant on Madison Avenue in NYC. But for our purposes, they’ve tapped a veteran of Alain Ducasse’s global empire to ply you and a date with all manner of seafood towers, crudos and foie should the occasion call for it.

You’ll find it in the lobby of the Four Seasons. A gold-leaf domed nook with a handblown glass chandelier, pearl-colored Italian-leather chairs and marble tables.

Avail yourself of one of the individual banquettes. Then avail yourself of one of the caviar tasting menus and some king crab topped with parmesan.

Then stop availing yourself of things and try to relax a little bit.
