Sorta bad news: you’re going to have to go without steak for a night.

Sorta excellent news: because now there’s Full Bloom, a clandestine vegan date spot with one of the best waterfront views in the city. And it’s now open off of the Venetian Causeway. (See the slideshow.)

We figured you might want to know a little more about this place. So here’s a little more:

It’s a bit out of sight.
Because it’s hidden in a condo building. Just take the elevator to the mezzanine where you’ll be greeted with a rose petal fountain and Buddha.

The view here is ridiculous.
Nothing but a sweeping vista of the bay with the city lights beyond. Oh, and a date, if you’re so inclined.

By “vegan,” we mean...
Completely meatless. Three Italian vegans got together with the 30-Minute Vegan chef to create the menu here. Which bodes well for your tempeh.

So you’ll find gazpacho.
And wasabi-ginger pâté nori rolls. And green-curry pots. And tiramisu.

You can have wine. And guava-ritas.
Made with tequila, guava nectar and smoked paprika. Heck, have both.

Tequila vegans are the best kind of vegans.
