Now about the name: it refers to a type of French cake doused with rum syrup, so expect lots of quaint Parisian-ness: servers with sexy accents, a polished glass case brimming with delicate tarts, mousse and fresh-baked croissants. Also, a bit of quaint Russian-ness: six types of caviar, including Siberian osetra.

Here’s when you’ll go to this place. You’re having a nice, low-lit dinner at the Shops. (Maybe at Makoto downstairs.) But before you suggest taking a barefoot walk on the beach, you tell her about this little spot you know for macarons that come in unlikely flavors like foie gras or black truffle. And plenty of dessert wine.

You can settle into one of the tables on the outdoor patio, or—if she’s interested in enjoying this bounty in private—you can parlay the whole thing into a post-dinner picnic.
