Welcome to Revolver, a neon-and-burlap honky-tonk just far enough off the Strip to count as a hideout, open now.

Basically, it's as if your typical Vegas nightclub moved north and went full Urban Cowboy. So when you need to drop off the grid for a few hours, give your bookie time to cool off or just find a cocktail waitress who wears cowboy boots, you can drive 15 minutes north to a dusty crossroads called Santa Fe Station and settle in for a discreet evening of whiskey shots and mechanical bull riding. The location means it's still mostly tourist-free, but between the armadillo-shaped disco ball (named Delilah, if you were wondering) and the waitresses (outfitted in leather bustiers and chaps), you should find plenty to hold your interest.

Once you've conquered the bull in the corner, you'll still have mini-keg service to keep you busy, and you can check with the concierge for a more serious diversion: Vegas-style quickie weddings performed in the VIP area.
