The beginning: a bottle of chilled sparkling wine waiting at your poolside table. The middle: house music. Red velvet waffles. Waiters passing out lump-crab Benedicts. The end: oh, sometime around 6pm. So no hurry. Take your time. You won’t miss cocktail hour.

Oh, how we missed you, brunch at Lavo. You with your eggs Florentine. And your champagne buckets. And your sparklers. And your DJs who spin like it’s 3am in Ibiza. And your dancing on the tables. Anyway, we missed you.
The caviar-gilded beautiful disaster of New York brunch hullabaloo rolls out in Vegas this October. You’ll probably find the same dancing, the same champagne-guzzling, the same croque-madames. But just with more bikinis and toes dipping into pools. So, not the same. Better.
