Kobe Beef and a New High-Limit Room
CLAWS OUT
The Talon Club at the Cosmopolitan
Dim corners. Sharp dealers. And just enough ambient noise. You’re picky about your high-limit rooms.
Consider, then, the new Talon Club at the Cosmopolitan—it’s bound to have at least two of the three.
You’ve found yourself in an unusual situation this Thanksgiving: Vegas, you and last night’s
bachelorette party defector. Take a cue from the likes of Gainsbourg and head to Alizé for dishes like
pan-seared sea bass and truffled potato mousseline while looking out over the Strip. You really do have a
lot to be thankful for.
You’re not one to mince words—or miss sets from Diplo—so you’ll want to check out the Friday night,
straight-to-the-point “In the House” party at Haze. What the name lacks in creativity the party makes up
for in talent.
It might seem counterintuitive that a restaurant called American Fish would have a dedicated Kobe beef
tasting menu. But you’re not a complainer. Especially when braised short ribs, tartare with quail egg,
Kobe shabu-shabu and lobster fried rice are involved. They had to get the surf in there somewhere.
