Last night, President Obama breezed through Beverly Hills—tonight, Occidental College freshman Barry
is all over the walls of M+B Gallery. Back in 1980, when photographer Lisa Jack asked if she could shoot the

Ah, summer. The beach, the alfresco drinks…the 30 percent discounts on Band of Outsiders and Common
Projects. (Raf Simons and Patrik Ervell are marked off by a full 40.) And hey, you're probably wearing 30 to
40 percent less in the warmer weather anyway.

Silver Lake Wine often takes your wine-soakedness to exciting new places—like the Hollyhock House and
Gardens at Barnsdall Park, where Friday-night tastings kick off tomorrow. To pair with the four wines
poured, the Coolhaus truck will sling architecturally themed
ice-cream sandwiches. Mmm… Mintimalism…

Saturday night went well. Too well. Enter the new hangover brunch in the Backyard at the W—huevos
rancheros arrive with a shot of tequila, and the All-in-One Breakfast Pizza (sausage, egg, cheddar,
home fries, sour cream, chives) comes with a lager. A quick swim should complete the
restoration…after 30 minutes, of course.
Come Wednesday, $15 will get you access to a spread of tequilas to sample (Casa Noble and DeLeón
among them), and some gratis Malo tacos to wash it all down. You'll probably need a lot of tacos—not
that that's a bad thing.
