Travel season is upon us and we here at Perks think you deserve more...or actually, a lot less. So we're taking a round three-digit number off your flight. We're just good like that.

Over at BLT Steak, chef/overlord Laurent Tourondel is celebrating the continuation of Laker season the only way he knows how—by adding the famed BLT Burger (American Kobe, Gruyère, caramelized onions) and the Jackson Burger (beef, bacon, cheddar) to the bar menu.
In addition to a new $12 three-course prix-fixe lunch (soup, half sandwich on baguette, dessert crepe), Ivan Kane's Café Wa s is reviving your favorite old-school tradition: the midday tipple. Five bucks will make it a two-martini affair. (Discussing your in-development screenplay remains optional.)
The gleaming future of coffee snobbery isn't open just yet, but that's not stopping anyone from throwing an opening party. Let the gratis caffeine flow, accompanied by wine and beer from Silver Lake Wine, confounding Wurstküche specialties, and DJ sessions from Dam-Funk and Peanut Butter Wolf.
If you're looking to add a half day to that three-day weekend, beer, wine and well drinks are two bucks from 2-3pm Friday at Whist—and then three bucks at 3pm, four at 4pm and five at 5pm. This'll happen all summer, to help kick off all those two-and-a-half-day weekends.
Come Memorial Day, five-minute chunks from 15 old movies will be shown, and then there's a vote on which should be screened in entirety. It's BYOB, by which they mean both booze and barbecue—there's a grill to keep you busy while the votes are counted.
