Lobster. On Rolls.

This whole holiday-weekend thing is going to work out. Exhibit A: Cousins Maine Lobster officially has its own joint in West Hollywood starting... now. They’re flying fresh seafood in daily for lobster martinis and BLTs. Thankfully, you didn’t have to get through this without reading the words “lobster martinis.”

W Westwood: Now with STK

STK just moved into the W in Westwood. They brought along those steaks, plus new dishes like seared foie gras with spiced rum and crispy lobster tails. It’s safe to drop by tonight. They don’t need any more help with the move.

Icelandic Beer Invades Downtown

You’ve been meaning to extend your familiarity with Icelandic culture past Vikings, Björk and... uh, Björk. Well, Buzz has a plan. Visit tomorrow and try beers like Arctic berry ale and toasted porter from Iceland’s Einstök brewery. The logo’s a Viking.

Saturday
Terrine-Style BBQ and Puck-Style BBQ
MAY THE FOURTH BE WITH YOU

Terrine-Style BBQ and Puck-Style BBQ

No disrespect to anyone’s grill. But Terrine’s making pickle-brined fried chicken and pork ribs for the Fourth. And Wolfgang Puck’s mesquite-smoking honey-stung jidori, baby backs and tri-tip at Bel-Air on Sunday. And you have to admit, that’s going to be better. Apologies.

Nothing Says Holiday Weekend Like Jaws
SHARK TALE

Nothing Says Holiday Weekend Like Jaws

Just a heads-up: get all your beach time in before Saturday night. Because there might be some content in this movie Jaws about a super-pissed-off great white shark that could stick with you on Sunday. So Sunday’s a good day for the park or something.

Jul 4, 5:30-10:30pm, $8-$12, Eat See Hear: Jaws at Santa Monica High, 601 Pico Blvd, Santa Monica
