The Hills Are Alive
Hot Beverly Hills Nightlife. No, Really.

Beverly Hills is known throughout the world for many things—shopping, paparazzi, steak, tourists, rhinoplasty...

But alluring dance floors, not so much.

Until now—we've got an exciting new nightspot to tell you about today. Actually, two: bar210 and plush open Saturday in the shadow of the Beverly Hilton.

First, you've got your glittering after-work lounge, bar210, where you'll settle into an overstuffed chaise in the dim light from cascading golden chandeliers for a round of leisurely cutthroat deal-making.

If you're hungry, they've got Tiger Prawn Ravioli and Pork Belly Sliders from a Top Chef alum, but either way, you'll definitely want to sample the drinks—think tequila flights and cocktails like the Farmer's Market (Dewar's 12, lime, agave, basil leaves and an orange bell pepper ring) or the Black Berry (Hennessy Black, cranberry, apple juice and blackberries).

At some point you'll probably be feeling pretty lively, which is when the adjacent nightclub comes in. (It opens at 10pm, Thursday through Saturday.) A long tunnel of banquettes spills out onto a dance floor, and if you need a breather, there's an enclosed patio complete with fire pit just beyond. It's all operated by DNA, who've got quite the rep in the Vegas nightlife world.

Not that that town has much of a nightlife scene...
