To start, tell everybody to meet you in the white wine room―the walls are covered in wine bottles―where you’ll down a few flights to break the ice.
Then you’ll stroll through the dining room once known as... The Dining Room. It’s now unrecognizable, in a good way, with 21st-century white walls, some flashes of silver and a Patina Group vet in the kitchen.
But you’re not stopping here. You’re dining in the glass-enclosed veranda out back, with sweeping views of the Langham’s 23 acres of gardens. It’s like a greenhouse, but with plates of Guinea Hen and Caviar instead of plants.
