Q:
Did an actual brewer live in this mansion?
A: Yes, Christian Heurich, DC’s most famous German-expat brewer.
Q: What do I get for my ticket?
A: Bottomless pours from eight DC breweries, plus pretzels, brats and kraut.
Q: Shouldn’t this be longer than three hours?
A: Probably. But don’t get greedy.

A BBQ Road Trip to Charm City

Fun fact #1: Dinosaur Bar-B-Que was born when the founders started cooking for bikers at a Harley convention. Fun fact #2: their latest location in Fells Point is in a building that used to make Coke-bottle boxes. Expect racks of ribs, cold-smoked ribeyes and shrimp boiled in beer. Don’t expect bikers.
