You require: Beer, barbecue and bands.
You’ll receive: A Coachella-style cookout in Takoma Park, with several bands including Yamomanem and Human Country Jukebox. Plus: 25 local brews, slow-cooked pork and $1 oysters.

Spike’d Independence at Capitol Skyline

You require: A chef with reality-cooking-show experience.
You’ll receive: Top Chef’s Spike Mendelsohn grilling you up burgers, fish tacos and grouper sandwiches poolside, as well as DJs, cocktails and beer. All on the Capitol Skyline’s rooftop.

You require: A rooftop. And lots of booze.
You’ll receive: A booth for you and nine friends at the top of the Graham Georgetown, where your table will be kept freshly stocked with things like champagne, whiskey and gin. Which are things you like.

Red, White and ’Que at the Liaison

You require: A pool, a roof and an all-American spread.
You’ll receive: Burgers, hot dogs and classic sides from Art and Soul restaurant, served poolside on the Liaison’s roof deck with cocktails. Remember to wait 30 minutes before going in the water. Or not. Either way.

TAP IT OFF

BeerBQ Battle at City Tap House

You require: Beer and meat.
You’ll receive: Chefs from City Tap House, 3 Stars Brewing Company and Evolution Craft Brewing Co. going head-to-head to create delicious barbecue. For you to eat. Also: 10 drafts from each brewery to wash it all down. And a cornhole competition. The Founding Fathers would approve.
