When you’ll drink it: After a medium-rare steak dinner and, hopefully, with a company credit card.
Made before: Minnesota became a state.

THE OLDEST COGNAC AT BARTER

Pierre Ferrand Ancestrale

What it is: A rich blend of cognacs pulled from cellar stocks dating back to 1928.
When you’ll drink it: On a special occasion, with good friends, while practicing your French accent.

1969 Leroy Perrières Chardonnay

What it is: Really mature chardonnay from one of the best estates in Burgundy. So, not that free stuff you get at weddings.
When you’ll drink it: Anytime you absolutely, positively... want a second date.

What it is: 40-year-old Glenrothes single malt that’s been matured in sherry casks and bottled especially for you... and, like, a bunch of other people.
When you’ll drink it: On your birthday. Or when Braveheart is on cable.
Made before: Jimmy Hoffa went missing.
