Rodeo Goat Comes to Dallas

We know you’d happily drive 45 minutes for a great burger.

In fact, it’s one of your best qualities.

It’s just that, now, you don’t have to.

Because Rodeo Goat is here. Yes, those Fort Worth burger-and-beer mavens are now operational in the Design District. (Check it out.)

So that’s good news for your commute. And it’s also good news for your imminent consumption of creatively topped burgers with a side of cheese fries. (See the full menu.)

Once inside, claim a stool at the wooden bar with its saddle-wearing goat. Or you can opt for a green communal table, which is perfect for making friends with the burger next to you. They’ve got 16 burgers, by the way, topped with everything from brisket chili and corn chips to candied bacon and grilled peaches. You know, if you’re on a health kick.

And to drink, they’ve got beer. Lots of beer. Take your pick. Or try one of their oddball cocktails like the Moontang, which mixes moonshine and Tang.

Also: huge patio. You may have noticed. It’s sporting a brick fireplace and a lot more seating, and the whole thing looks onto the Trinity Strand Trail.

Don’t feed the joggers.
