Introducing Stay, opening Tuesday upstairs from Manor. Technically, it will be Wednesday a.m. because this place doesn't start up until Manor is winding down. In other words, right when things are getting good.

Sure, you'll have to step outside, find that alley behind the building and squeeze by some dumpsters to get in (just knock on a fence covered with vintage rock posters). This is the same way Vince Vaughn, the Madden brothers and Heidi Montag sneak in to Manor on weekends (you'll even find celeb autographs on the fence—be sure to leave your own).

Once in, you're escorted upstairs past a series of steel doors and cinder block walls to what can best be described as Manor Lite. The gothic look has morphed into something serene and woodsy, with plenty of banquettes and love seats for you to bring the evening in for an easy landing.

With only six tables, even bottle service is optional (but with a suite of exotic juices for mixers, you may want to partake). There's top-notch DJ talent, who'll actually take your requests.
