The Irish have made great contributions to mankind throughout the years.

Beer: sure.

Whiskey: of course.

Kale juice: obviously.

Fine, that last one still has a little catching up to do.

But Peach and Green, a Dublin import that’s out to establish a strong name for the Gaelic breakfast/lunch/coffee/juice café, is now open in the Loop. (Your slideshow and your menu.)

You’re not going to be beaten over the head with shillelaghs and shamrocks or anything here. It’s actually quite modern—raw concrete, slinky couches, a few black-and-white photographs of places like Trinity College.

Swing by for a cup of Intelligentsia, a sticky bun or a breakfast burrito in the morning. And they’ll be rolling out the full Irish breakfast in the next few weeks. But if you need something to counteract your Sunday “tailgating” right now, your best bet is the Leafy Detox—that little kale-spinach-pineapple-coconut juice miracle at their juice bar.

You could always pop in for a quick lunch, too. They’ve got a long list of sandwiches and a salad bar. Not to mention a lineup of hot foods like meatballs, chicken curry and Irish stew, should you require something heartier.

It’s not an Irish juice bar without Irish stew.
