Eatt It
Your Favorite Diner, Only Better
You’re torn.
Tonight, you want a simple, square-shouldered BLT at a friendly corner diner. On the other hand, tender
escargots swimming in garlicky butter sauce never hurt anything either. Your weakness for snails is, after
all, legendary.
Problem solved: welcome to
Eatt, a
bustling new River
North bistro with a big soft spot for all the comforts America (and France) has to offer, open
now.
The day starts early around here: at 6am, pop into the front bakery, where hot espresso awaits, the
croissants are fresh, and you can pocket a few housemade Nutter Butters to tide you over until lunch. But
what the hell—you’re here already. Slide into one of those red leather booths and sink into
Dutch
Apple Pancakes or a lox platter.
Come lunch, you and the office gang can swing in for pastrami-topped burgers, truffled tater tots or maybe
that BLT. But okay, we lied—it’s not so simple: there’s an
Ahi Tuna version, and
Shrimp
BLT with Gruyère, smoked bacon and a citrus-chive mayo on Texas toast.
When you’re looking for a launching pad for Hubbard Street carousing, you’ll find all the escargots,
mussels, steak and frites you need. And it’s open till 2am, so if you need some baby back ribs before
going home, Eatt will be waiting for you with open arms.
They knew you couldn’t stay away.
